  Kathy, the rental office manager, has behaved in a spiteful and unprofessional manner. After she threatened to terminate my lease, I am now afraid to submit maintenance requests. This has created a hostile and intimidating environment and prevents tenants from safely reporting needed repairs. I’m sure I’ll have a email with “new fees” for something or her threatening me once again to terminate my lease as if housing isn’t hard enough to find as it is. The gates needs to address this issue and hire new management ASAP. Kathy makes living at the gates of Summerville hard and like you’re walking on eggshells. If i could give 0 stars I absolutely would

  There has been an ongoing issue with black mold in my unit, which is extremely concerning from a health and safety standpoint. Despite reporting it, the response from maintenance and management has been delayed and inadequate. Mold requires proper remediation, not temporary fixes. In addition, the office staff has been difficult to work with. Communication is inconsistent, and concerns do not seem to be taken seriously. Tenant safety should be a top priority, but that has not been my experience here. Not the mention Kathy the office manager is completely rude she’s more focused on talking to her husband on the phone about there bounce house business and “stepping out for a smoke” more than her actual tenants. actions needs to be taken new management needs to step in or this place is asking for a major class action lawsuit. If I could give negative stars I would, I wouldn’t recommend NOONE moving in this place EVER. I hope management takes this issue more seriously moving forward.

  I have lived here going on a year I’ve never had any problems.The woman in the office are very Beautiful inside and out great personality very helpful very friendly and they all get the job done and wear there title well Keep up the good wrk lady’s we appreciate all the hard work yall put in to make a great community

  Ms Cathy is working hard to change things here with solid results. She added a basketball court for the children, she opened the pool area after being down a whole summer. When she came she fix all the gym equipment. She is understanding and very easy to talk to. Thank you Ms. Cathy for your help.
