    Al from maintenance is excellent!!! I called the emergency line for my heat and he did everything he could do to fix it!!!!

    This place has clean up it act. I apply last summer and tour a unit. I was like nope not for me. As I was looking again the past summer another property suggest there again because a new manager was there and she said that lady was nice but does not sugar coat how things are to be done. She holds ppl accountable. So I was like OK I’ll give it another shot. To my surprise, the apartments are 10 times better and that lady in the Office does hold people accountable for their stuff. Yes, some of the breezeways are dirty, but that’s going to happen when you have multiple families living in a building. But nothing that would stop me from renting. If you can’t get them on the phone if you’re emailing them, they are quick to respond. I’ve been in the office three times and each time they are helping somebody are they on the phones assisting people. I can’t wait to sign my lease in December.

    If I could give Zero stars I would. The place is filled with mold. Unsafe area. The cameras outside don’t even work. They keep the pool closed all year. Even summer. Steer away.

    I wish I could leave no stars😤 I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the behavior and professionalism of the manager currently overseeing the leasing office. From the very beginning, my interactions with her have been extremely unpleasant. She has consistently displayed a rude, nasty, and highly unprofessional attitude. Her behavior has been not only disrespectful but also spiteful and vindictive, which is completely unacceptable in a position that requires daily interaction with residents and their families. While there is a newer young lady in the office who appears polite, helpful, and respectful, it is clear that her ability to assist is limited under the current environment and leadership. At this point, I do not wish to escalate this any further without giving your office an opportunity to address the issue properly. I am requesting that this message be directed to whoever oversees this property or the leasing staff so that we can have a direct conversation about what has been happening. I believe this matter deserves immediate attention. Please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss this in more detail. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

    I made an appointment on the website for a tour when I was checking out apartments. I tried calling but got no answer & I sent a request for information through the site but wasn't contacted. My husband took time off Work to meet me for the tour. When we arrived, the "Closed" sign was on the office door, but a young lady inside said someone would be available in 30 mins. After 30 mins, we spoke to another lady who was rude, condescending & didnt seem to care that we'd made an appointment. She just blew us off & said to reschedule. Now, I feel sorry for the people who live in this community bc I'm sure she treats them even worse if she thinks its OK to treat the general public like an annoyance. Guess the management company doesn't need to fill any empty apartments if they're OK with her running off potential new residents. I was encouraged to email the property management company, The Franklin Group about how my husband & I were treated like DIRT when we were RUDELY DENIED our APPOINTMENT for a tour after my husband LEFT WORK to join me. As noted above, I contacted the office MULTIPLE times, through SEVERAL DIFFERENT channels & management IGNORED us. As an update, I emailed the Franklin Group at that address the same day as my contact w the office staff, & *SURPRISE* they COULDN'T CARE LESS that their staff is UNPROFESSIONAL, INSULTING, CONDESCENDING & RUDE AS HELL. The office manager basically told us she was TOO BUSY to accommodate our appointment, routinely DISREGARDED phone calls, voicemails & emails bc she's "only one person" & the fact that she'd just WASTED several hours of our TIME, was of no consequence to her. Our time was nowhere near as valuable as hers & she couldn't be BOTHERED to call us or NOTIFY US of the office closing. She actually acted as though we were BOTHERING her by having the AUDACITY to expect to keep our appointment. I kinda hope I run into this lady somewhere out in public bc I'd really like to let her know how arrogant, disdainful & unprofessional she came across during our interaction. Obviously, the Franklin Group doesn't care how she treats applicants or residents.
