I understand a one year warranty on certain things but not on something like this. The siding shouldn't be buckling after only 14 months! Now it's up to me to pay to have it replaced or pair. They didn't even offer to send someone out to look at it. What if it was installed incorrectly. Just like a piece of concrete from my garage is uneven. They said it shouldn't be like that but did nothing to fix it.

They happen to be good friends that were out of state military and trusted me to be their eyes and ears throughout the process, and that means dealing with the builders agent and construction manager directly for a variety of needs. I can genuinely say, from both a personal and professional stance, that Chevonne and Keenan were some of the absolute best new home representatives I've ever dealt with. Yes, they were friendly and accommodating, but it was clear they both have a personal interest in making sure the experience people have is something they can walk away happy about, not frustrated. Chevonne was always happy, helpful, and ready to jump in for whatever we needed without ever making me feel like it was a chore or a nuisance. Keenan was clear, honest, and obviously wanted the home to be as close to perfect as possible before they were willing to sell it. The ambition and collaboration of this Centex team was worthy of any of my clients, and I appreciate them for making it a great experience for everyone involved! Needless to say, my buyer clients are now in a home they can love for years to come!
