  Moved here in Oct of '23 and had a great experience. Since then, the property has changed property management companies two times, currently ran by PEM Residential. They are a terrible managing company, ranging from issues of mountains of trash at the compactor, to the pool being completely green for most of the summer of '25. They would also randomly close the pool citing glass breakages though the pool was never drained; if there was actual glass breakage they would have to drain it. A resident or a few residents ended up contacting DHEC in the summer because of the grim situation at the pool and was found that not only were they not treating the pool correctly, the emergency phone at the pool also did not work. Ultimately, the pool was only open for about 20% of the summer which is absolutely ridiculous. There are only two grills on the entire property, one doesn't even work unless you manually light it which can be dangerous. This property was ranked as one of the top properties in the entire country when it was built in 2020 but has gone down hill severely due to terrible management practices. Management does nothing to actually fix situations either, just makes excuses or blames residents for issues. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

  I really enjoy living at Bellary Flats. Everyone is friendly here and I love this feeling of peacefulness with the pond and surrounding trees. The Staff is incredible and they have always been professional when I needed help with anything. The Amenities are wonderful here and you can't beat the location. Great proximity to everything.

  I have lived here since March 2023. I love it here. The complex is surrounded by trees, there is a wonderful nature trail, and a large pond with three fountains. The maintenance folks and office staff have always greeted me with a smile and made me feel appreciated to be part of this community. Thank you!

  We moved here back in November and we are so happy we did. Everything was so easy, from the first viewing to the application process. The office staff are truly amazing and helpful. If you’re looking for a wonderful community, look no further!
