Ms. Seleina Free made my mother and I feel so welcomed and appreciated and that meant so much to us since we have been dealing with a lot each day. Not only did Seleina help us with every question from obvious to complex but didn't make us feel like we were being annoying and a hassle. Walked us through any complications we had and never made it an issue when we needed something answered again or shown another apartment. Her representation of Cobblestone Village made us apply, top tier customer service.

Absolutely worst place to live highly wouldn't recommend, maintenance never comes , mold in all apartments, they charge you extra almost every month and don't take it off until you say something , trash over flows everyday , when your ac or heat goes out just go ahead and get a hotel they won't be there to fix it anytime soon , yns are breaking in cars everyday they tow your car for any reason and make you pay , lease office people suck and are very rude
When your lease is up they charge you $1500 to clean your carpet , walls are paper thin can hear neighbors breathing , pool is closed year around , toilets leak sink leaks , imagine trying to clean a moldy shower than never gets cleaned 0/10 don't recommend try somewhere else
I took time before giving a review and waited three months to share my honest experience. I’ve been living in Cobblestone Village for about three months now, and I’m very satisfied. Before moving in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but I still decided to take the chance. After living here, I haven’t experienced any issue.
Saleina was a big help throughout the process. I visited a few times before moving in, and she always answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Even after submitting my application, I requested a different apartment, and she arranged it for me without any trouble.
The community is calm, clean, economical, and comfortable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend living here.
I see a lot of bad reviews but I have actually had a very positive experience here. I moved in about 5 months ago, leasing staff was very responsive through our the move in process. There were some issues with their system not allowing me to make all my move in payments, they responded promptly to each email I had about my payments and allowed me to pay in office instead. I have a 3 bedroom apartment and it is so spacious. The cabinets are a bit dated, but the space more than makes up for it. Ive put in 4 work orders for random things and maintenance was at my apartment the next day for each. The trash piles up, but at no fault of the property, its the residents!!! The grounds keeper is always out cleaning up trash that the residents create (and ironically complain about). It will pile up over the weekend because the groundskeeper takes the weekend of but they are always very quick to get the trash issue addressed. I blame my fellow residents for the trash, not apartment management. Ive lived in multiple different apartment communities throughout charleston and for the price this is definitely the best
