We’ve lived here since October, I’ve lived in apartments in mt pleasant, downtown, Ladson, and Summerville. We don’t really use amenities so I don’t have much opinion there, but I can say that this is the best complex I’ve lived in. The price to size ratio is reasonable, the trash gets taken when it’s supposed to, the Maintenace team is fast (replaced our fridge within a couple days of us reporting it wasn’t functioning correctly), there’s never trash anywhere, and the ladies who manage everything are quick and to the point which makes things easy. Most of all, everyone mostly keeps to themselves here - and the management isn’t intrusive. I appreciate a team that respects my space, and I love that these folks aren’t super HOA. There are a decent amount of transients that roam around (not the apartments fault), but if you keep your car doors locked it’s not much of an issue.
My experience at Beckstone has been great so far. Miss Destiny has been very friendly and helpful to answer any questions!
I had such an easy move in! Destiny helped every step of the way! When we toured with her it wasn’t boring like the other apartments we’ve been to, she made it exciting and fun! If you come to Beckstone, you absolutely need to see her!!

Blessed is an understatement for being a part of this community! Destiny the Assistant Property Manager and Breanna the Manager are AMAZING people! Very understanding and supportive of their residents! I’ve lived here for going on 7-8 years now and don’t want to move anywhere anytime soon!

Very poor customer service. The two lady’s at the front desk are so rude. You signed up for a job, do it correctly without having an attitude.
Edit: this is about me asking about the gym code. I’ve been a resident here for years and i forgot the code. my key fob doesn’t work and I asked for a replacement but the two girls at the front desk just have the nastiest attitude for no good reason. VERY unprofessional the way they talk to residents here. Like they’re on power trip.
