  When I selected Ryan Homes and the location, I knew what I wanted and the risk! I have to tell you about my Project Manager, Mr. Bennett! He was on top of everything since the very beginning of my home-building process. He was patient, dedicated, and his professionalism was truly appreciated. Bennett handled everything he could, even situations that were beyond his control. I get a bit fussy about details and the company handle it BEFORE closing. I’m incredibly grateful for his time, flexibility, and commitment throughout this journey. In a timely matter we reached the finish line — I have the keys and loving my home!   My wife and I have a great experience with Ryan Homes. Everyone we spoke with has been a pleasure to work with. Especially our Project Manager Bennett Howard. I can’t say enough good things about him! He is the consummate professional and is extremely knowledgeable. We would be remiss if we did not also acknowledge Kris Duncan the Warranty Supervisor. He has been there for us anytime we reached out to him. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to move into our dream home!!!

  We owned a Ryan home near Duncan, SC from 2015-2020 and absolutely loved it. The quality and design were great. We left the area for 5 years and upon returning and visiting multiple communities, Ryan homes in Everly was just developing, and, what a great find! The representative, Tim Madigan, helped us so much and was very friendly and responsive. Most of our discussions and decisions were made via video calls and it was so nice to have somebody working with us who was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and was truly excited for us. After moving in. of course no house is going to be perfect, the warranty department has been exceptional. Everyone has been very professional and kind in responding to our needs and questions. We've been here about a month now and we love our Ryan home and location. I'm so glad we chose to live here. We are looking forward to the beautiful amenities and community of families!

  I purchased a Ryan Home three years ago and currently have it listed for sale. I was extremely disappointed to see your marketing signage placed directly in front of my for-sale sign within my community. This tactic feels intrusive and insensitive. While I understand the desire to promote your new builds, placing advertisements in communities where you have no current development — and especially covering existing home-for-sale signs — reflects poorly on your organization. It’s not just disrespectful; it’s disruptive to homeowners like myself who are navigating a difficult real estate market. This experience has completely turned me off from ever considering Ryan Homes in the future, and I’ve shared my concerns with friends, family, and others in my network. It’s important for companies to show respect and awareness, especially during challenging economic times — something your marketing team clearly overlooked.
