  We are currently building our first home with Ryan Homes, and we chose the community at the Everly —and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. From the very beginning, the experience has been smooth and exciting thanks to our amazing team. Our sales rep, David Catoe, has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through every detail of the layout and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Our project manager, Matt Hainor, has also been fantastic. He keeps us updated throughout the process and ensures everything is running smoothly. It’s been so reassuring knowing our home is in good hands. We absolutely love the Dogwood design—the open layout and functionality are perfect for our family. Watching our home come together has been such an exciting experience, and the quality and attention to detail have really impressed us so far. Overall, Ryan Homes has made building our first home a positive and memorable journey. We are beyond excited to move in and would highly recommend them—especially with a team like David and Matt guiding you every step of the way!

  My husband and I wanted to give a shoutout to Matt Hainor for his awesome work so far (which we know will continue). We are first time homebuyers and we are getting our house built, so we are obviously very nervous. Matt has answered all of our questions with patience, and he is professional yet personable. Matt has kept us in the loop this entire process, and when we did our pre drywall meeting, I was over the moon with how things are looking so far. I can tell that Matt and his team are working are super hard. All of our friends have told us that Ryan is the best company to get a house built with, and Matt has proven that statement to be true.   This is my second Ryan Home! The construction process has been exceptional. Zach has been an invaluable resource, assisting me in selecting the ideal residence for my family. Nate and Bennet (PM) have kept me informed about the construction progress, regularly providing updates with photographs. They genuinely make you feel involved in the process. Lastly, my LO Wade has kept me apprised of any requirements related to the lending process. Ryan has assembled a team of dedicated individuals dedicated to fulfilling your dreams. Jon!

I had the pleasure of meeting Maddie who helped me decide on my new home. She has made this process easy and the communication is wonderful. I appreciate how helpful and kind she has been.
