- DBdaniel beckerJun 8, 20253.0I pulled into Everly Ranches yesterday, 6/7/25 to see the houses, and I only made it to the top of the hill and get a screw in my tire. I am saying nothing about the builder except their contractors do a bad job of cleaning up after themselves, and beware visiting this community until they learn how to properly clean up and protect their residents.

Lastly, Bennett who is always will to help with anything and always will to find the solution if not sure. We never felt alone or we had to worry about things on our own. Bennett is a great project manager@ The house is perfect and everything was done to perfection and they thought of a few things that we did not. Thank you to the wonderful team!
