  Joey Enos of Oakwood homes is simply amazing. He had me from the first phone call i made from Florida. I told him we had just bought some property near Spartanburg and that we wanted to put a manufactured home on it. Our realtor suggested I call Joey and my husband and I are so grateful that she did. I also said I did not know ANYTHING about how to even get started. He said that they take care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, when they hand us our keys. And they HAVE . The day I called the first time there was some kind of internet outage and even though Joey did not know me AT ALL he wandered around his lot and even next door holding his cell phone up trying to get signal because the phones inside did not work at all. Everyone at their office has been sooo helpful and all the subcontractors we have met so far also have been very helpful. Another thing that really impressed us was that while we were there one day Joey was talking about how he struck solid gold with the 2 ladies that were helping us with our closing. When an employer praises his people in front of a customer that says alot about the character of a man. Anna Booth has been a delight to work with. She has been incredibly patient with trying to understand my likes to help me choose cabinet colors and other decisions we have needed to make. We have a friend in Florida who builds manufactured homes who sent me with a list of questions a mile long about different quality issues. Anna found every thing she could for me to take back to my friend who then gave me a big thumbs up that Oakwood does an EXCELLENT job. The kindness and patience and knowledge of everyone there is very comforting to people like us who have never built a manufactured home before. We have built a couple of production homes and a custom built home in Windermere Florida, but every home is somewhat different in the decisions that need to be made. Anna has walked us through every step of this project , holding my hand the entire time. Each person we have dealt with at Oakwood homes have been kind, courteous and helpful and have made those decisions as easy as possible

  Buying a home from Clayton Homes was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and truly cared about making sure everything went right. The process was clearly explained, communication was great, and every step from financing to setup went just like they said it would. You can tell the whole team takes pride in what they do. They made the whole experience easy, stress-free, and even exciting. I’d definitely recommend Clayton to anyone looking for a new home they really go above and beyond for their customers.

  Anna Booth and the Oakwood team did a great job with our home project. Joey was a great PM and his contractors were polite and great to work with. Dickey and Cody were our favorites! You have to be patient with any building project but they did a great job communicating. I highly recommend Anna and Joey. Thank you! We love our new place.
