We started this journey in February with the help of Will head and he got us approved for our home. We signed papers to close in June and everything has pretty much gone the way we have been told it would be. Once we closed Jess and Trey kept in touch to let us know when the Home would be arriving when we could come look at it when the home would be delivered to our property And anything and everything else. I want to say thank you to all of you for helping me and my husband to get our first new home and I can’t wait to move in

We were a bit nervous going through this process while we were still in Florida but everyone at Clayton Spartanburg went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. Trey was so helpful from the first day we walked in to the office. He was very knowledgeable, genuine and patient with our multitude of questions. Could not have asked for a better experience with him. Jess was our project manager and she was and still is very professional and a master at multitasking. No matter the obstacles she always found the best solution for us. Her communication is always quick and thorough. We are so thankful to have her working us through this process. Charles, our Clayton service guy has also been outstanding. He is hard working, kind and honest! Hard to find these qualities in these days. Again, we started this process a little scared and overwhelmed but those feelings quickly went away because of these people! Thank you!!
