- RSR ScoftApr 28, 20261.0The homes appear good from a distance but if you look closely the overall quality is very poor, similar to a Ryan Home but for hundreds of thousands more. The construction process complety lacks oversight and quality control. The area VP of Construction and QC is a joke that almost all post-purchase owners unfortunately experience. If you buy there is a good chance you will be up to your eyeballs in never ending repairs and his involvement will make things a nightmare, he should have been terminated long ago. Another common issue is the warranty period, they will ignore you, drag things out or just refuse to address the many unnecessary and preventable problems. Also, the main sales rep guy with a major lack of attention to details is problematic. The idiom "Putting lipstick on a pig" could be their motto.
- VSViktor ShkOct 8, 20251.0STAY AND RUN AWAY FROM TOLL BROTHERS AS A BUILER!!! They don’t deserve even one star, but it is the lowest I can review it with. No one is getting the quality of the craftsmanship even close to the model house they show you and promises are never kept!!! You think you build and buy a brand new dream house..? NO, it is as poor as possibly quality of the work, everything is messed up by unprofessional cheap labors and subcontractors and NO control of it from the builder… You are expecting everything NEW in the LUXURY HOUSE? NO WAY, everything is damaged and almost destroyed after installation by the others who are coming and doing next stage work and then Toll Brothers promises NOT TO REPLACE WITH A NEW, BUT to fix everything… So, no more NEW condition of everything in the house, it is simply FIXED, CORRECTED, PATCHED, CAULKED, CROOKED and falling apart after few months of use at the time you expect and PAY as for a new, but not remodeled house!!! It will be a long comment if details are written up. It is a nightmare to work with these unprofessional, lying left and right people!!!
