  It is confusing as an automatic service request was issued then we got an email saying we are responsible for putting batteries in. The first message sounded like you all would take care of the batteries. Not a big deal, but just a message letting us know to replace in the first place would have been less confusing.

  I’m here again to write a review of the poorly run management team at Baldwin Chase. I believe they went under new management a month or two ago, but I have questions to ask about the move out process because we are trying to break our lease. I have tried to get a written out statement of what we are responsible for. However, I am still awaiting a response. We are trying to get a clear answer because there are a few thousand dollars at stake here and they don’t care what you do as long as they get their money. If this goes on longer without no answer I’m going to have to contact the FBB. All I want is just a clear answer and it seems extremely hard to get in contact with them. The neighborhood has been very good to us and it’s a peaceful place, but you would think they would care more about their residents for the outrageous rent prices they charge.

  I had a great experience with the leasing process at this community. Connie was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Moving can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and easy for me. Connie went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I understood each step. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she really cares about helping residents. If you’re looking for a place and get the chance to work with Connie, you’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend!
