  I want to take a moment to recognize someone who truly stands out in a world where “good service” is often just talk. Justin Williams at Clayton Homes in Rock Hill is, without question, one of the most impressive professionals I’ve worked with. And I don’t say that lightly. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with hundreds of salespeople across real estate, lending, and business. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely slows down long enough to understand what actually matters to you. Justin does. He didn’t rush the process. He didn’t push a product. He leaned in, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand my priorities—what I cared about most and why. That level of attention is not common. What stood out even more was his ability to guide the process with confidence and skill, while still making it feel easy and natural.   Clayton Homes really works with you every step of the way. Justin in particular has been a huge help and very friendly. He has helped us find the best deal and had our best interest in mind. I have no complaints. I highly recommend working with Justin and this location. It's been a pleasure.

  From our first visit Justin greeted us immediately and has been consistently friendly and helpful. He took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget. They are very welcoming and patient and don't make you feel like you are a sale. I would definitely recommend Rock Hill Clayton Homes!

  Worked with a man named Matthew James , he was a joy to work with he made each step of the process simple and pointed me to all the right people in order to give us an incredible experience and an amazing home buying process the homes are absolutely gorgeous and extremely affordable i definitely recommend him and clayton homes to ANY PERSON looking to get into a new or manufactured homes !
