  Been here for 2 months and my car was stolen and management has been absolutely useless. Asked them to review the camera footage and I get excuses that the internet isn’t working and they’ll call back. Haven’t heard a word from them. If you have nice things think twice about living here.

  These apartments are among the nicest that Orangeburg has to offer but definitely overpriced. I've been calling the office for the last 2 months and no one answers the phone nor do they return email quickly or ever like they say they do on the answering service. A couple of days ago, I spoke with two people (ladies) in the office. They told me that they had something available but it wouldn’t be ready for another couple of weeks. Anyway, as I got in the car, I forgot to ask them something and decided to call instead of going back in the building. I called three times and no one answered. Afterwards, I went back into the establishment and asked them why they didn’t pick up the phone (Not knowing who I was) and they said that It must be glitch in the phone line. I then stated that It’s funny that a professional business would have a glitch in the phone line for 3 months. They both tried to come up with a justifiable reason (especially when I said that I was talking to the parent company which is Precisions Management). lastly, I won’t say that they are a bad company considering they said they were now managed and owned by another company but I will say to be careful and don’t let anyone take advantage of you or treat you like a second class citizen by using a “Scouting” sales technique to determine if you fit their environment before you apply for residency .

  I wish we had never contacted this awful place. The office manager Yanet Claxton is rude, tries to over talk customers, condescending, nasty, and so many other things. We haven’t moved in yet and it’s already problems. We were told it was a no smoking apartment complex, and to our surprise the apartment is covered in smoke. The office manager stated they will handle it and we are still waiting. They constantly repeat everything is on the portal or they emailed us, again we are still waiting. We paid our deposit and to our surprise they wanted more money than what was listed. We have called the office multiple times and no answer, we have spoke with Andrew in the call center more than them. There is so much more to say, but run from this place. I hope and pray that corporate office do a full investigation on their so call office manager, if not you will always have a bad review. Gayla the leasing assistant is very friendly and professional.

  Can't get in pool when the hours are 9-9 . And it is now 10am
