None the less, layout/ roadmap of neighborhood is very simple to navigate.... so easy to get lost for a second in some of the larger neighborhoods. Design of homes are attractive and still fairly large for 1 story houses. Very tasteful community & sales building with model homes directly across the street. The homeowners within Del Webb are always friendly and kind as well.
