  I had a great experience at Waverly Place. The staff is amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. The community itself is very clean and well-kept, which really makes it a pleasant place to live. Maintenance is also great; they respond quickly and do a solid job keeping everything in good condition. Overall, it’s a well-run community with a great team behind it.

  I went with my partner’s mom to Waverly Place to find her next home, and Kerrie went above and beyond to get us the unit we were after!!! She was such a pleasure to work with, which makes a world of difference because moving can be stressful! We were so grateful for all the time she spent with us!

  I recently had the chance to visit Waverly Place Apartments, and the experience was wonderful! The office staff is amazing and truly make the community feel welcoming. The office has such a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys helping people.

  I recently toured Waverly Place and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The new management also seems great, Kira was especially kind and helpful. It was a really positive tour and a community I would definitely consider! 10/10

  Lived here for 3 years before finally saving enough to move out, wishing those 3 years we’ve had countless problems such as pipes bursting in walls and flooding our rooms and causing irreparable water damage because of which I moved into one of they’re townhomes with was much nicer but floors were scratched like crazy, cabinet handles super glued on, and a shower faucet that never fully worked. I was gunna live not writing a review of this trash heap but the final straw was when I finally moved out and got sent my security deposit back which had mine and my then fiancées name on it and I can’t cash the check since she’s not joint on my account and my bank is 4000 miles away since we’re both in the military, so I called and told them about it and they said there’s no way to send another check with just my name on it and I quote “ well most people figure it out”. Basically stealing $1200 in the most disrespectful way possible. If you’re planning to move here I’ll pray for you and just know the headaches don’t end once you move out.
