She and her team make sure to go above and beyond for the residents. The previous leasing manager Terri was an absolute nightmare of a person. She had kicked me out of the office once simply so she could lock the doors in the middle of the day to take a personal phone call. She would also state the pool was closed during the summer. I was honestly thinking of not renewing my lease and moving when it is up. Kerri on the other hand has made the office a warm and welcoming place to walk into. I may stay longer now thanks to Kerrie.
