  Garbage customer service. I was there to take a tour and just ignored by someone on lunch. She couldn't take 5 seconds to just acknowledge me. Very poor example of what lies ahead.

  Michelle and RYAN are the absolute BEST!! I just recently moved here and I’m so extremely grateful for them. They are so accommodating and took their time to help me out. The last place I lived (Willow Lake Apts) SUCKED. And I’m so so so grateful for them and this community !!! Couldn’t be happier:

  Overpriced for the condition of the units. The parking lot floods during heavy rain. Floors, bath rooms are in poor shape.

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware. When I first moved into this property, I was placed in an apartment that was dirty and had visible mold. This raised serious health and safety concerns, and it was extremely disappointing that the unit was not properly cleaned or inspected before I was given the keys. On top of that, I recently discovered that maintenance entered my apartment without giving me any prior notice and did not leave a note or any documentation to let me know they had been there. Unless there is a true emergency, tenants should always be informed before anyone enters their home. Not following this procedure is not only unprofessional, but also a violation of tenant rights and basic trust. Overall, my experience has been very frustrating. Residents deserve safe, clean living conditions and clear communication from management—unfortunately, I have not received that here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements, but at this time, I cannot recommend this property. I can’t reply to Becky comment but once again; This place is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized management I’ve ever dealt with. Becky claims she “can’t locate my information,” yet I constantly receive emails from this office — so clearly, they know exactly who I am when it benefits them. I have sent multiple emails regarding serious issues and not one of them has ever been answered. The lack of communication is unbelievable. On top of that, I’ve had to physically go to the office four different times already, and I’ll be going back for the 5th time because nothing ever gets resolved. Residents shouldn’t have to chase management down just to get basic problems addressed. When you pay rent every month, the least you should expect is professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability — none of which you’ll find here. The management here does not take responsibility, they give excuses, and they ignore tenants until you practically beg for help. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time — do NOT move here. There are plenty of other places that value their residents. This is not one of them.
