  Do not buy from them they will promise the world then after you sign the paperwork they do nothing. They will tell you that this is as good as it can get when most of the work looks like it was done by a two year old. These are just a small amount of the pictures. I have had this house for six months now and there have been problems and they now refuse to come out and fix anything.

  Someone needs to come to the Rivers Ave location and teach Cathy a thing or two about customer service. I came in to pick up some corrected paperwork that was supposed to be left for me by the law firm (that's another story). I have never felt so belittled in my life. If I'm picking up something that was incorrect in the paperwork why am I being treated as if I'm doing something wrong. The gentleman ( very nice)handed the paperwork to me and after hearing her make smart comments in the office about why am I picking this up here we don't do that here etc. She then comes out to question what I'm picking up and why. I showed her where my name was incorrect and on the documents and she proceeded to ask well where did you get this paper from. Me confused I said looking at the other employee who just gave the documents to me i said he just printed it and handed it to me. Not to mention how rude she was to us before because our move in repairs were never completed. The excuse was well the person you were dealing with has a hurt attack and it's now too late for us to do any repairs. I will never send anyone to that location.

  The up most Experience I ever experienced in my life. I mean I'm a first time home buyer. Oakwood Homes was the first place I went,.i could of shopped around but when I went to oakwood the staff there, MR.Matt was one of the first person I met. I Immediately new right then that I wasn't going anywhere else that I wanted to just deal with Oakwood homes/ Mr.Matt. The whole time of the process was stress free. I basically just did and provided what Mr. Matt said he needed me to do on my end and he handled the rest and now I'm a HOMEOWNER!!!!! THANKS THANKS THANKS 😊💯 BECOME A HOMEOWNER GO TO OAKWOOD HOMES ON RIVERS AVE ASK FOR MATT.

  we showed up as we seen other people walking around and they told us that they had all the houses locked up as we seen other families walking in and out of the homes mind you we are a african american family and all the families walking around are white so i think that should tell you something.
