- KRkimberly rolllison4 days ago1.0I have lived here since May 2025. This is the worst apartment complex that I have lived in. Since I moved here I have had alot of problems from maintenance to noisy neighbors and some other problems that I can't talk about. I have place several work orders and I haven't see a maintenance person yet. My tub in my bathroom needs to be replaced. I put in a maintenance request went on the website and it said it was complete well who complete it and the paint is coming off my tub. Pictures are attach so they can see for themselves. My kitchen sink the water is running all the time the time even when the water is turned off. I spoke with management and no one came. The office staff is unprofessional the leasing agents arguing with the tenants and I do have recording of the incident and office manager didn't say a word but i did give them a piece of my mind. Thay're not a supportive staff. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THE DWELL OF GREENRIDGE. I'm so glad my lease is about to end. I will not rent from the Franklin group again. Stay away from these people. I will be contacting Corporate office about there issues I have had at the Dwell of Greenridge.

- AZA ZSep 17, 20251.0Mold, burst pipes, overflowing trash receptacles and unkempt amenities. 2 years after leaving we are still throwing away thousands of dollars worth of furniture and possessions that are rife with mold spores. Many residents units literally collapsed on them due to waterlogged walls and ceilings flooded by burst pipes during our residency. This property should be condemned.
