- AZA ZSep 17, 20251.0Mold, burst pipes, overflowing trash receptacles and unkempt amenities. 2 years after leaving we are still throwing away thousands of dollars worth of furniture and possessions that are rife with mold spores. Many residents units literally collapsed on them due to waterlogged walls and ceilings flooded by burst pipes during our residency. This property should be condemned.

Me and my partner decided we did not want to renew our previous lease on a Wednesday, and the management office had us in that Friday! The move in was seamless into Dwell and we were appreciative of how prompt Tiffany was with processing our paper work and getting everything ready. Mrs Tiffany even worked with us the day of the move in when we wanted to pick up keys early and even had the apartment completely cleaned within 30-45 minutes. I will definitely be staying here as all goes well. Recommended.
