- AZA ZSep 17, 20251.0Mold, burst pipes, overflowing trash receptacles and unkempt amenities. 2 years after leaving we are still throwing away thousands of dollars worth of furniture and possessions that are rife with mold spores. Many residents units literally collapsed on them due to waterlogged walls and ceilings flooded by burst pipes during our residency. This property should be condemned.

My brother-in-law recently moved here and they put him in an apartment that had NOT been cleaned from the previous tenants. The stove eyes were hanging loose and the toilet seat was broken. He asked for a new toilet seat and they put one that was too small. They came to replace the stove eyelets and just left the old ones laying on the counter as if they couldn’t take them with them. He spent the last two weeks cleaning this place so that he could move in because he needs a place to stay. I’m sure they are expecting a full months rent but they shouldn’t. He had to spend plenty of money and time on cleaning supplies and etc on things that they should have done already before renting this place to anyone. Carpets in his place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, mold in the bathroom and under the cabinets, ants in the kitchen and living room, walls were filthy! The dishwasher was filthy!! I will be contacting someone with the state department about this place because this place needs to be inspected. Someone is going to get sick living here. I added pictures of what we walked into and had to clean before he could move in. Please view photo section for pictures.
