- MCMelina ConnorsAug 22, 20255.0My fiance and I are still currently working with Clayton Homes on Rivers now. They have been an absolute God send. We have had unfortunate circumstances where we have lost our home (renting) due to a freak of nature accident. With all the power they have they have been getting us a home as soon as possible. Katie Gardner is our home consultant and she's been so sweet. Her manager Kristin Burns was so amazing she made me cry, in a good way. She's pulled so many strings to help us along, I have no words. Travis has been extremely informative and I've been throughky impressed. I've learned a lot from him. Greg was great and on top of it, even meeting us at early as 6 am to get things done. I already am recommending friends to come here when they're ready to buy. Unforgettable experience, especially for a first time home buyer.
- MJMelissa JonesJan 1, 20231.0Wish there was a”0” EVEN negative numbers to rate them!!! I hated that I even gave them a 1 star because they don’t even deserve that!! We have had issues from the beginning with them!! The building manager was a complete liar. He always said one thing and did another! They are all talk and no action!! I could write a book on how shady and unprofessional they are! Been trying to get a call back for months for huge repairs needing to be done with nothing! We have fought enough…our lawyers are now involved with the situation so next time we will speak will be in the courtroom!! I DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE nor DO I SUGGEST anyone buying a home from them!!!
