We have had unfortunate circumstances where we have lost our home (renting) due to a freak of nature accident. With all the power they have they have been getting us a home as soon as possible. Katie Gardner is our home consultant and she's been so sweet. Her manager Kristin Burns was so amazing she made me cry, in a good way. She's pulled so many strings to help us along, I have no words. Travis has been extremely informative and I've been throughky impressed. I've learned a lot from him. Greg was great and on top of it, even meeting us at early as 6 am to get things done. I already am recommending friends to come here when they're ready to buy. Unforgettable experience, especially for a first time home buyer.

Edit: they don't know how to apply for permits, lie about them processing, etc. I have had to resort to involving the BBB and am completely unsatisfied with the purchase of our first home. This has become a total nightmare. I can't even tell the electric company when to come as who knows how much longer it will take to get our home on our land (owned) that we have already been making payments for. Their "professionalism" and ability to communicate is absolutely appalling.
