I am a current tenant and have lived here for 3 almost 4 years and the place is terrible. They get new management every couple of months and you basically have to start the process of them not caring all over again. All they care about is getting new ppl in but don’t care about the existing tenants. Nobody answers the phone, emails and there’s never anybody on the property to talk to. We haven’t had pest control on over 2 years but you still get charged as part of ur rent. Now they are under new management and instead of fixing the issues that was already wrong they started construction on some of the apartments. What’s wrong with that you must ask? Well if you like living on a construction site 24/7 then this place is for you. Saws and construction tables set up in the walkways where children have to walk and play. Constant noise until 8 and 9 o’clock at NIGHT. Oh and not to mention the people that’s doing construction is living in the abandoned apartments. So if you like strangers coming and going whenever they please living around you then this place is for you. Not to mention there’s buildings with holes in the roofs from Helene and the grass is over grown. Some people have to cut their own grass smh this place is a joke.

What can I say about this place lol it's trash the so called owner should be in jail and north Augusta code inspector is a joke as well the place had a leaky roofs the road fell in and in the parking lot water is coming up from a hole looks like a busted or cracked pipe which will cause issues the property manager has not been here in a month today is the 3rd of March she has not been here in February rent is considered late after the 5th of each month so I better not have to deal with no late fees from my understanding the owner doesn't pay ppl that's why nothing is being done nor nobody working here this place is falling apart I'm surprised it's still open and considered safe to live in

This place is absolutely horrible with up keep, property management and any other categories you can think of. I reached out to the property manager Amethyst Robinson over a week ago thru email and voicemails in regards to my air conditioner not functioning properly and she still hasn’t responded and she is NEVER in the office. I’ve requested the phone number for the Coporate office from the sister property PineCrest Apartments and was told they aren’t allowed to give the number out to tenants. There is absolutely no communication, up keep or anything like such at these properties. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I lived here from June 1 2020 to may 14 2021 when it was Willow Wick. Just a slight Improvement from living under a bridge the sub floor was rotted out fell in when we moved in Management told me to get some plywood and put down and they would be back in a couple weeks to fix it and never did even after asking several times about having it fixed always got the same answer someone will be in next week to look at it. There was no water pressure in the kitchen or bathroom. Put in count less work orders to have a Receptacle Replaced after months of complaining they finally did the sink backed up and flooded the bathroom called the emergency repair line no one came till the next day. Gave them my 30 day notice I was leaving on 4-14- 2021 (had all my stuff out and was gone that night) told me I would have to pay 14 day worth of rent in may (I was fine with) then Deactivated my account on there app so I couldn’t pay them. Had to find out through I friend it was sold hopefully the new owners will do better I have pictures of the floor and the sludge that came out the sink onto my floor that I had to clean up. glad I’m gone apartment 201
