State of the art amenities including a fully equipped yoga room and smart mirror a beautiful pool and hot tub, craft room with monthly guided arts and crafts and weekly resident events that give you the opportunity to create a wonderful community of friends. There is also plenty of parking and wonderful onsite staff that truly care. If you’re looking for an active adult community with luxury maintenance free living I highly recommend the Leo!

Kirstan was incredibly helpful and informative, making the process easy to understand. My mom is considering relocating to Myrtle Beach, and this place seems perfect for her. I just wish I were already 55 so I could move in myself! The 1BD with flex space was absolutely gorgeous, and I especially loved the stylish barn door feature. Highly recommend checking it out!"
