- KDKelly DrennenNov 4, 20241.0Thank you and I did sit down and discuss this with you… I was there over a year my rent was on time with no problem. Went to a month to month rental gave a written notice ( by all means please take a video giving this to the property management people trust me you will need it) considering they change staff like people change clothes.. I vacated the apartment and you kept my $1800 deposit on top of charging me another $1900 cause you said I didn’t give a notice. Itemized damage of $60 cause of a pool key fob. I don’t have a problem paying what I owe but I don’t personally feel like it’s my responsibility to make sure your office staff does their job properly.
