- GMGerard MonteAug 16, 20225.0First off Ryan Homes in Indigo Bay Carolina Forest are lovely and the options are fantastic. The quality shows! For what you get for the price by the list of standard features and then upgrades are beyond our expectations. But the number one factor is in their Sales Agents and one in particular is Jesse from Indigo Bay Homes in Carolina Forest. His level of customer service is outstanding. He went above and beyond where others would not go. He was patient and kind.. Knowledgeable about every detail. His timeliness was perfection. We were deciding upon lots and Jesse was there for each one..from videos, emails to text photos he delivered and if didn't know (which he did) he got the answers quickly. Although we didn't choose a lot to build in Indigo Bay Homes (our timing wasn't the best..only a few lots remained and we tried...but didn't want to compromise) Jesse was extremly understanding and supportive of our decision. However, new phases will open and lake lots will become available then, but for now we know about Ryan Homes and their beautiful home plans...so until then we will wait! But in the meantime please go and see Jesse for your next new home purchase...you'll be happy you did! Tell them Gerard and Hector sent you! Jesse you are awesome! God bless you sir!

She answered every question that I had, and I had many! She walked us through every part of the home buying/building process, so that we felt completely comfortable signing the contract. Even after signing she was always there to answer more questions. I would recommend her 100% to anyone! She was just as excited for us as we were, in buying this home! She’s the best!
