  First off Ryan Homes in Indigo Bay Carolina Forest are lovely and the options are fantastic. The quality shows! For what you get for the price by the list of standard features and then upgrades are beyond our expectations. But the number one factor is in their Sales Agents and one in particular is Jesse from Indigo Bay Homes in Carolina Forest. His level of customer service is outstanding. He went above and beyond where others would not go. He was patient and kind.. Knowledgeable about every detail. His timeliness was perfection. We were deciding upon lots and Jesse was there for each one..from videos, emails to text photos he delivered and if didn't know (which he did) he got the answers quickly. Although we didn't choose a lot to build in Indigo Bay Homes (our timing wasn't the best..only a few lots remained and we tried...but didn't want to compromise) Jesse was extremly understanding and supportive of our decision. However, new phases will open and lake lots will become available then, but for now we know about Ryan Homes and their beautiful home plans...so until then we will wait! But in the meantime please go and see Jesse for your next new home purchase...you'll be happy you did! Tell them Gerard and Hector sent you! Jesse you are awesome! God bless you sir!

  Jesse and Nikki were AMAZING to work with! They were very professional and transparent throughout the entire sales purchasing process. I am extremely pleased with our new home in Indigo Bay. This is a BEAUTIFUL community in a great location. I look forward to taking advantage of all the amenities that this community and area has to offer. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and their great team to anyone looking to move to the Myrtle Beach area!

  My sister and I are both in the market to build our retirement homes in Myrtle Beach. We visited numerous communities and I must say the sales reps at Indigo Bay stood out from the rest. Jesse and Nikki are amazing to work with. They are both very professional, responsive, personable and super helpful. They have gone above and beyond to address our questions and concerns timely. I personally worked with Jesse. After several video meetings, I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Jesse is truly a genuine person with a great personality that is infectious! I feel as though I have known him for years! This has been an enjoyable, positive experience and I thank him for that. Jesse and Nikki are top notch! Ryan Homes is fortunate to have them, as they are definitely assets to the team.

  We were most fortunate to discover Indigo Bay. The journey was made better after meeting with Jesse Crone. He is patient and works tirelessly to answer our many questions. To top that off, he is so friendly and respectful. Our journey had started with virtual meetings, which worked efficiently as Jesse was able to show us pictures on his computer. We were always on the same page (to coin a phrase). Since we had not visited Indigo Bay in-person at the time, Jesse was kind to send us videos of the lot and surrounding areas. Just breathtaking! Then comes option selections, etc. He is most patient, takes the time and effort to make certain we will be happy with each selection we choose. We are so ecstatic to have made new friends, Jesse & Nikki & Vincent. We are happy to be part of the Ryan Homes family!

  We saw the sign for the Ryan Homes building in an area that we were very interested in. We have bought and built a Ryan Home before. They have always been very attentive if anything went wrong. When we met Nikki (Nikki Nassan) at Indigo Bay in Myrtle Beach, both my wife and I knew we were in good hands and were also very comfortable with her. We are happy with our lot and our purchase. We recommend Nikki and the Ryan team to anyone. Nikki has been absolutely awesome to work with, she's very much a workaholic because she is very accommodating to our schedule, whether it's first thing in the morning or late at night, office hours are not a thing to her. Ryan Homes is lucky to have her!
