  My wife and I have been working with Amber "Nikki" Nassan Since Mid March when Ryan Homes first released their initial lots at Indigo Bay in Myrtle Beach. We like the quality, value, and floor plans associated with Ryan/NV Homes. We had been looking for a specific model that Ryan Homes builds, and when we discovered that Ryan Homes was coming to the Myrtle Beach area and offering the Savannah model at Indigo Bay we were elated! When we toured the Indigo Bay Community for the first time and met our sales representative, we were thrilled to have connected with her! Nikki is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to work with. We have worked with multiple builders over the years, including 3 times prior with Ryan / NV. We have to say Nikki is the best sales representative we have ever worked with. When we sat down to go through our selection process (Remotely I might add as we currently live in Virginia) she thought of many things that we forgot. Even with my wife and I being seasoned home buyers, her attention to detail was paramount. She is very customer focused, well organized, and timely with her replies and communications. In closing we just had our pre-construction meeting and all the staff at Ryan Homes at Indigo Bay are all outstanding to work with. Thus far we couldn't be any happier with our experience.

  My sister and I are both in the market to build our retirement homes in Myrtle Beach. We visited numerous communities and I must say the sales reps at Indigo Bay stood out from the rest. Jesse and Nikki are amazing to work with. They are both very professional, responsive, personable and super helpful. They have gone above and beyond to address our questions and concerns timely. I personally worked with Jesse. After several video meetings, I had the pleasure of meeting him in person. Jesse is truly a genuine person with a great personality that is infectious! I feel as though I have known him for years! This has been an enjoyable, positive experience and I thank him for that. Jesse and Nikki are top notch! Ryan Homes is fortunate to have them, as they are definitely assets to the team.

  Nikki at Ryan Homes @ Indigo Bay is the most professional, attentive, and responsive sales agent I have ever dealt with anywhere. There is no pressure with Nikki and she is upfront and honest about everything. This community is gorgeous, such an awesome location too. Myrtle Beach is lucky to have Ryan Homes and such a gorgeous community like Indigo Bay. And Ryan Homes is lucky to have Nikki!

  We saw the sign for the Ryan Homes building in an area that we were very interested in. We have bought and built a Ryan Home before. They have always been very attentive if anything went wrong. When we met Nikki (Nikki Nassan) at Indigo Bay in Myrtle Beach, both my wife and I knew we were in good hands and were also very comfortable with her. We are happy with our lot and our purchase. We recommend Nikki and the Ryan team to anyone. Nikki has been absolutely awesome to work with, she's very much a workaholic because she is very accommodating to our schedule, whether it's first thing in the morning or late at night, office hours are not a thing to her. Ryan Homes is lucky to have her!
