No more stairs to climb, roomy family room, sunroom and gourmet kitchen, all within reach. Breezy, sunny Myrtle Beach sky is perfect (Hurricane not welcomed please).

The Pulte employees that we worked with were not only informative but very personable. The support you get at Pulte is top notch. The hardest part of all this was emptying all the boxes after the move. 😎👍
- JJJoe JudgeAug 14, 20251.0Pulte Homes in the Cresent Cove neighborhood are very unprofessional and will give you a very hard time with any warranty claim you make. I've only owned my house for 64 days and they made me go through a lot with finding the manufacturer after they denied my warranty claim twice just to replace a cracked window that was totally a manufacturer issue. I had to get another professional window company to say to them it was a manufacturer issue with why it cracked. Now they are taking they're good old time with other problems I'm having like, my right side of the house is totally graded wrong which professional companies have told me already and my 2 main doors they're own contractors have told me need to be replaced and reframed. This new development was all nice and after my close I was happy and was told to give all 5 stars by my foreman. Then my formen has unprofessionally knocked on my door twice asking me what I have done with the people across the street. And I was threatened by a person in the Pulte's sales because I didn't answer her inappropriate question, asking me what was I talking about with my neighbor. I told her its none of her business. Then she had the nerve to tell me very aggressivly you can't talk to those people and told her its the freedom of speech and I can talk to whoever I want to. Those now neighbors had no problem with me. Then as I walk away she threatened me again and said im reporting you and to expect a someone to contact me. Her and my foreman have totally been unprofessional and are trying to bully me. So now I got a email from Pulte's attorney with so many false accusation My formen has pushed me aside since I closed because I have total proof that I told him about irrigation water getting into my lania prior to my close in June but he doesn't want to help and tells me I need to go through the warranty which has denied everything I have requested with warranties. So I said to him in a text that I feel that he was unprofessional and he never has responded which by the way even other employees from Pulte has told me he has a communication issue with responding back to people but especially customers is unexceptable. So the legal letter that I received has has all and so many untrue accusations. Now in the legal email/ letter I feel not only falsely accused but they are warning that all my warranties could be voided if I do something wrong which I have done absolutely nothing wrong to this day.
