    Be careful if you're delivering to this area I have seen some rather shady looking characters hanging in the wings here.. let's just say I didn't turn my back to him

    The management here is awesome! Always quick to respond and follows through on all requests. The email correspondence is always like you're talking to a person, not a bot. Kimberli Serrano in the office has been a big help to me while I have lived here. Very caring staff!

    Maintenance staff at cape landing apartments has been phenomenal throughout our time spent here. They are responsive and efficient but above all, very respectful and personable. They will go above and beyond to assist renters.

    Here's the hard truth.. if your looking for luxury your not going to get it here. If your looking for comfort you will get it here. Let me tell you, I have moved 5 times in 2 years in Myrtle Beach have been to Cape Landing twice! This time I rest my head on the top floor in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies. I have lived in the biggest and the smallest houses. I have had the worst possible kitchens and the best ones with top of the line everything. Let me tell you, Cape Landing isnt the best of the best of the best. But it sure can be what you make it. The management people are probably the best people I have had to deal with. When there is a problem its fixed. If you have a question they are there to help you. I have had to deal with some real slum lords in Myrtle Beach and I got to say that living in an apartment at 1st wasnt for me but then after I moved from 4 other HOUSES single family homes... that an apartment is so much easier to live in. No your not going to get stainless steel appliances and the granite counter tops and backsplash and an LG fridge. But what you will get is the comfort of knowing that if something goes wrong and its not your fault that it will get fixed without you getting frowned upon. There is an overwhelming sense of comfort living here because I know I wont be put down by another landlord that gets mad when something goes wrong because now they have to pay for it and look to blame me! So, if your looking for a simple life then come on over to Cape Landing! The swimming pool isnt very big but it serves its purpose.
