I’ll start by saying thank you to both Jessica and Alison. You ladies are just great ! Jessica from the time we met you gave me a sense of safety and security. You helped me with my application right after touring. You gave me peace. Alison thank you also for your grace because I know I may have had many questions along the way up until my move in date but you answered them all for me. If anyone is looking for a new place to call home definitely try Autumn Chase. These two ladies will help you and be there for you , from touring to moving in. Thanks Again Ladies. Oh and the property itself is beautiful!

I recently completed my lease and had a positive experience overall. The management team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout my time living here. Jessica and Allison helped with any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner, and communication was always clear. It’s clear that the management cares about the residents and works to keep the community running smoothly. I appreciate the support during my stay and would recommend this property to others looking for a well-managed place to live.

Was extremely happy with the rental process. Owner was more than generous and helpful. Previous tenant had let some things get beyond repair, and in turn Jessica made sure I had brand new carpet throughout, and a brand new dishwasher. Also included was fresh paint throughout. That was the first of September. Recently had a refrigerator issue, and without hesitation she assured me of a new one. The property is always neat and well maintained. She has always allowed me the freedom to fly my Tennessee flag for football season! Very quiet and safe. I would recommend to anyone, and have praised her property since my move in. Free cable and Internet are a plus that is impossible to find these days. A definite 10 of 10..And they encourage you to bring your furry friends !!

Im leaving 2 stars just solely because it is a cheaper option in central Myrtle and we were desperate and they just so happened to have a spot available... However.. This was OUR experience living here.... It wont be the same for everyone.. so again, I reiterate, this was OUR experience. During the application process, the owner of the property called us to tell us there was "no way make "he amount of money we were claiming to make" and asked us to come in and "recalculate" with her. we did such and turned out we made more money than we originally said not less. We didn't get a walk through before we moved in. We were literally desperate because we were moving from an apartment that was"non inhabitable" after an accident. When we moved in, no one told us there was a hole in the ceiling of the spare bedroom (due to a leak from upstairs ) and that the room was taped off. we were not aware of this before moving in. They fixed it within 2 days, but I feel like we should have been made aware of this?? - I worked from home when we moved in, within 2 months I had to find another job because the noise levels at every point of the day was unbearable. Yes we sent multiple requests to address this. It resulted in the property manager giving me the neighbors phone number instead of her talking to them... on more than one occasion. We tried to explain to her that the building is unsafe and there's something wrong with the ceiling/ floors. - we were on the bottom floor. We could hear the boards cracking above us when the neighbors walked. We were so scared at times, we would move our furniture because we didn't want the people above us to fall on our coffee table. We heard every toilet flush, every shower, every word to every song that they played including the electric guitar, work schedule, every kitchen cabinet close.....ETC - When speaking to property manager about noise levels, we were told a storm ripped off part of the roof, the top floor had water damage and the floors weren't fixed so that's why we could hear every single footstep they would take. All. Hours. Of. The . Night . And. Day. LIterally. I have many hours of videos of the noises and sent them to the property manager. -7/10 the office was closed during office hours. - They decided to replace the floors above us(I believe this took 3 days) without letting the people under them know (common courtesy?) So we had to ensure the banging and dragging from 8-am7pm, without notice. Had I had notice, I would have removed my senior dog from listening to that all day and making himself physically sick. - my dog actually lost 12lbs (he only weighed 38lbs to begin with) over the year and some change we lived there. The noise from the neighbors scared him to the point he was not eating for several days and throwing up. He had to be put on medication for anxiety until we moved out. - Parking is a story for another day... -We sent in multiple requests for things to be fixed and it would take several days/calls/texts to get any type of assistance. Also did you know tape and spray paint doesn't stop a water leak? Ultimately, we moved out because we didn't feel safe living here, and after several months of getting zero sleep, you become depressed and miserable, like my dog. When we moved out, the property manager changed our reason for leaving... Again, this was most of our experience. Things could have been worse but things should have been much better. I hope these issues are fixed before anyone else moves into this apartment in particular. Edit** i’ve lowered it down to one star because it’s unfortunate that the owner of the complex comments on every single comment saying that it is not her development but it 100% absolutely is. I have videos, documentation and emails. Instead of just owning up and taking responsibility…
