  My project manager Kalin Jones went above and beyond in helping me acclimate to my new townhome. My warranty supervisor, Steven Knaub was fantastic and moved all issues forward in resolving them fast and efficiently. Both Kalin and Steven did and outstanding job for us!

  My wife and I had just recently retired and were on a road trip to see family and friends as well, to search for a vacation home in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area. We were specifically looking for a Ryan Home Community and were fortunate enough to come across TJ Blevins and the Course Club at Prince Creek townhome community. TJ Blevins was welcoming from the outset and took the time to walk us through what the Townhome community was offering. His honest and very friendly demeanor put us at ease as we were “out of state” potential purchasers. He worked with us, set up video calls and responded to all of our questions and concerns very timely and throughout the entire build process. We would highly recommend TJ Blevins and Ryan Homes for your future home purchase! In addition to the excellent service we received from TJ Blevins, we wanted to also give a huge shoutout to Michael Herring (project manager) and Kalin (project manager) who were top notch from start to finish. Professional and informative, both my wife and I were kept up to date on the building of our new townhouse by all three and were readily available and responsive when we would call with questions. The video “walkthrough” conducted by Michael was very helpful, thorough and informative, providing step by step details again giving us peace of mind being out of state purchasers. They are true “boots on the ground” project managers that were always available to us the first few days after we settled to ensure everything was good with our new home. We truly feel both Michael and Kalin went above and beyond to assist us in any way they could, allowing our “move in” to be extremely smooth and easy. Thanks so much, Marc and Kim Abel

  Our experience buying our new townhome with Ryan homes has been exceptional. From our initial contact with TJ who was personable and knowledgeable at the model home, Amber and Darlene were so helpful and made financing easy, builder Michael explained everything throughout the entire build and had answers to all our questions. Our new townhome is simply beautiful and has been built with impeccable attention to detail and exceptional workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our experience and our new home.   Surprise!! We bought a beautiful townhome in Prince Creek. There just was no match once we saw it. We were not going to look at Ryan Homes but we did and we were impressed. After that nothing compared. It’s just beautiful and the price is right! Go look and you will see what I mean. It’s worth it!
