    My experience applying here was absolutely terrible. There was a complete lack of professionalism. I was lied to, charged money just to apply, and never received any response. On top of that, the new manager is extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and rude toward people. I do not recommend this place at all.

    The watch is a great place with beautiful scenery. The maintain crew is very quick to help and reliable. Charisse and Angela in the leasing office are amazing as well. Would highly recommend.

    I love living at The Watch! Charrise and Angela at the front office are so nice and always willing to go above and beyond to help out. All of the amenities are great and I love being right on the creek. Highly recommend!

    Five stars for great staff! Darcy, Charrise, Jaylen, and Cleve are kind, helpful, and personable! New management recently has been slowly improving things, new fence around the property, etc. Location is great, close to everything, and access to Shem Creek is awesome!
