- LWLayne WullSep 30, 20252.0We have lived here for 2 years in both a 2 bed room and a 1 bedroom and in both years of being here they have raised the prices each year while adding absolutely nothing. The leg extension machine has been broke for well over 2 months at the gym and the unit we moved in had mold along the window and under the bathroom sink and reeked of cigarette smoke that was never resolved. Place has potential it's a nice community but the greed is insane and absolutely does not justify the constant price increase.
