  Routine and daily management is exceptional. The common area is properly maintained, maintenance is prompt and professional, and front desk assistance (Heaven) is knowledgeable and courteous. I'm fortunate to have chosen Sweetgrass Landing as my home.

  I Highly recommend that anyone looking for a great apartment look into Sweetgrass Landing. The staff has been very helpful and are always available. The community is very peaceful and beautiful. I love my apartment! It is spacious and I love the hardwood floors. It is a fabulous community to be a part of.

  During a recent transition period, I considered moving into Sweetgrass Landing. My situation did ultimately change, so I did not end up moving in, but I wanted to leave a review concerning the Leasing Staff, who were absolutely amazing. I primarily worked with Heaven, who was so incredibly thoughtful, and wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to any questions I had either via email or phone, and she was very understanding. If anything changes for me in the future, I would absolutely consider this community again, primarily based off my interactions with Heaven. The community itself seemed very quiet and tucked away, which was exactly what I was looking for.

  I have lived at Sweetgrass Landing in a one bedroom apartment since February 2014 and have appreciated the quiet area I am in. I have had great service when I have needed things done.
