- LWLayne WullSep 30, 20252.0We have lived here for 2 years in both a 2 bed room and a 1 bedroom and in both years of being here they have raised the prices each year while adding absolutely nothing. The leg extension machine has been broke for well over 2 months at the gym and the unit we moved in had mold along the window and under the bathroom sink and reeked of cigarette smoke that was never resolved. Place has potential it's a nice community but the greed is insane and absolutely does not justify the constant price increase.

I have lived here for a year and am pleased with the amenities, the staff and the security I feel here. Heaven at the front desk and the maintenance crew are top notch, always available and accommodating. The monthly resident activities are great!

I would highly recommend never renting from CRC Realty or Sweetgrass Landing

- JWJennifer WilsonJul 16, 20241.0The application stated no exception for refund on application fee which is 75.00 not admin fees of 250.00. I had to cancel do to family health concerns which was even before application was even processed which was confirmed it was never processed and was still advised that I would not get a refund of my 250.00 admin fee and if I wanted to apply the full process would need to be done all over and have to pay application and admin fee all over. Stealing money. And I have proof of the policy along with confirmation of never going through processing. Not sure the act of blank stealing with a cancelled no hassle application. Didn’t make sense and still doesn’t.
