I hope that for those of you who value good service and support read and take this review seriously. The place is new and beautiful, but you almost forget this fact because of the lack of support you receive from those you've entrusted your care and service to.
It's clear that they are either understaffed or overworking the staff they employ to split time and duties among multiple properties. It feels impossible to receive targeted support for your unit in a timely manner. We were constantly given the run around or told "we'll get back to you by the EOD," and that never happened. If you are not adamant about getting the support you need, you simply will not get it. There were several new hires within the short few months that we interacted with the property, so we had to re-explain our circumstances nearly every time we reached out. It's deeply frustrating to expect a luxury experience that cannot be matched through adequate customer service, especially when that it what was promised and what you are paying your hard-earned money for. There are people answering the phone, but they almost always have to screen issues through "management" who feel completely unreachable. They are also not open on Mondays. So expect what feels like a 4-day wait time if you have a late in the week issue. I can't ethically recommend you move here. Property managers are moving quickly on building and slowly on serving. You are merely a paycheck to them, and for some that's okay. But if you require more, you should demand it and stay somewhere you might receive it.

I moved into The Courts at Maverick in January and I couldn’t be happier living here. I saw the townhouse advertised online and decided to drive by to check out the area. After viewing the grounds (just lovely) and the area (safe and plenty of shops nearby including the Pickle Yard and McPhail Animal Hospital), I couldn’t wait to view the model home. Shelly showed me the model home even though I did not have an appointment. Shelly showed me around answered all my question and I had many. She was absolutely wonderful. She made the application and move-in process go smoothly and even checked in on me after I moved in to make sure everything was going well. There were a few minor things that needed to be repaired and Shelly made sure it was taken care of immediately. Savanah and Derick are also very friendly and helpful. Every time I see them, they are always pleasant and ask how everything is going. If I had an issue they will check up a day or two later to make sure it was corrected. They really care about the townhomes and residence. I highly recommend The Courts at Maverick. I give the townhomes and staff 5 out of 5. Thank you, Shelly, Savanah & Derick!

My family and I love our new townhome at the Courts at Maverick yards. From the beginning to end, Shelly our rental agent has been a pleasure to work with , she got us right in and the transition has been so smooth and seamless. The area is great, family friendly, close to shops and getting in and out of the city. The neighborhood and community feels safe and welcoming. I would recommend this place and the Mauldin area to all families.

Showed up for a tour, nobody was there at the time of our scheduled tour. My husband tried calling the number provided to us, and we got no answer. We waited for a few minutes by the leasing office and nobody ended up showing up.
