- RRRahulFeb 24, 20242.0My experience with Ryan Homes Arden Woods Estate is not good. We never received a list of all the custom options that we could add to our home to make life easier. Ideally, they have to provide all custom options with price lists during the initial contract process, and later, the customer will decide if they want to add them or not. We closed our home on January 26th, and then we found blue-tape inspection issues that we had before closing that still remain the same. After complaining, they are now working on it. Now the new problem is that robbery occurs in this neighborhood very frequently.I think the builder should take it seriously and put a gate at both entrances to avoid such an incident.

We are extremely happy with our purchase and are really looking forward to enjoying all of the amenities in the subdivision. The lot agent Jamie Arnes was most helpful in making this dream become a reality for us. She walked us through each step of the home buying process and made sure we were comfortable with each part of the order before we moved into the next one. Overall this has been a great experience so far and I would recommend a Ryan Homes community to anyone looking for luxury and value!
