Kent has been so amazing to me and my 2 young daughters throughout this process. Any questions that I’ve had thus far, has never went unanswered. I was at the point of giving up after receiving so many denials prior to and just when u thought I wouldn’t get approved Kent, Wade and Garrett made it happen not only for me but my mini family as well and for that I will forever be grateful. McKenna my LP has remained available and transparent throughout my process without these amazing folks I would definitely not be at the finish line and I super excited to be closing within the next week. If you’re looking to purchase a home then Kent (Ryan Homes) is definitely who can definitely make it happen.

The townhome which I am purchasing is fantastic, and, imagine my pleasure upon realizing that the powder room and island were standard features. Amazing! The team here at Stanford is amazing as well. Kent is available for questions which he does his best to promptly answer. Garrett, the project manager, does a terrific job of explaining the build and keeps you updated regarding the build with PhotoCircle. Caleb, my loan officer, has also been extremely patient. I have to also mention Rosie. She is at another community right now, but she is incredible as well. I am looking forward to seeing and experiencing the finished product.
