This 154-home community, located in the heart of Lexington, beckons to residents with beautiful, peaceful landscaping from mature, tree-filled sites. Lexington School District 1, is continually ranked as one of the top school districts in the state. School buses from the district pick students up from within the community which is safer for everyone. Parents have told us they feel comfortable with their kids running around the grassy area or at the playground without worrying about them. Open Saturday and Sunday by appointment only.

    I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! 🙂 This is what I like to call a “Mobile home community” I lived on the side with the playground which is clean and well maintained, they are bringing in new 2020 trailers often and they are nice! I lucked out to have found this place when I did-Miss Monica and Antron are very helpful and dependable! There is a hidden gem in the back of the neighborhood, 12 mile creek which is also very clean! A lot of families on this side and all the kids older play together, go to school together and ride the bus together so I thought that was pretty safe with the world we live in now.

    I have lived here since 2012 and the manager who had back then was horrible but Our current Manager Angel Is the best and she tries her best to maintain a safe and healthy For our families and if you do have pests she has the number for the pest control who doesn't charge to much. When you purchase it's your responsibility for the uptake and care of your home not the management. I really hate when people give bad reviews because they were evicted or removed from property. That's why as adults we need to be responsible will our bills and pay when they are due.

    The rent has gone up so much and the management stays invisible unless if they leave a notice on your door or a complaint I give them a 1 on a rating scale
