    Valerie and Tim worked with me on making it more affordable for me by providing me incentives plus they were really great to work with. When I first looked at the house, immediately I felt comfortable and I could see myself living here! Beautiful layout and great quality construction! Scott and Marshay at Ryan Homes in house lender, NRV mortgage were incredible to work with as well. They made my loan process very easy and they are both very kind people. I highly recommend anyone that if you are buying a new home, go see a Ryan home development by you. I promise you that you will not regret it.     Ryan Homes has excellent construction at this location. The homes are wonderful. However, their sales and marketing needs improvement. There are too many incentive changes, price changes and omissions to make a buyer feel comfortable unless they are in a real hurry and don't care what they're buying. Hopefully that will change. As for us? We're down the road!
