- KKKyaJun 1, 20241.0I've lived around here since this apartment complex opened, and never in my sixteen years of living in this neighborhood have I seen a neighbor mow the grass in front of the apartment building. It seems the office staff is too broke to hire people to cut the grass. It's honestly crazy how they can charge $1,000 for rent and $100 to people who need their trash from the floor in front of the trash dispenser when the trash gets falling people don't know where to put it because they don't have any more dumpsters for the people in the neighborhood they decide to charge $1,000 for rent instead of fixing the main issues with the neighborhood but they can't really seem to do that instead of them kicking out the really bad people that live in this neighborhood they decide to give them warnings and let them go which is a stop on the wrist while the victims get evicted the maintenance people in this neighborhood do not like to do their job but to catch a attitude with the customers and do I have job with it and blame the tenants of the apartment that it's their fault of what happened to the because everybody in my apartment building on my floor their AC does not work but ours and they've been calling and calling the maintenance people but it has not been getting done so they've been having to kick out their own money to hire people to come fix their AC since the management team and the maintenance people have not been putting in time to fix the ACs I do not recommend you come to live here because nine times out of 10, there's going to be either a drive-by or shooting, or worse, it's gotten so bad in this neighborhood that the little kids are robbing people; they're breaking into people's houses and taking their mail and all their other stuff. Also they like to spray paint over the mold growing in people's apartments I have mold growing in my closet I've been trying to clear up for the last four years and nothing is working

And she talk at you not to you and she talks like u don't know what your talking about. My apartment has water damage and now smells like mold I walk her through to smell she told me its pet pee 😒 get really I been here for 2years with my dogs so I know the different between pee and mold then she said if I think I have mold call some one to come check it really isn't that your job!!!! Secondly they have NO on site maintenance so they never know when somebody is going to come and fix the problem which means if you were you might as well hang it up because they don't know what time they'll be here to fix your house and they won't tell you PLANTERS RETREAT STUFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! And I have a business owner back ground so I no what professional is!
