- AGAnna Grayson2 days ago1.0Lived here for 3 years and have experienced a nightmare while moving OUT! Gave our notice with a typo stating a date beyond when my lease was up (which should just be an easy fix for the complex since we have been good residents with no issues against us in the entire time we’ve been there). Instead of doing the logical thing and prorating the TWO DAYS shy of the 60 from our notice and going by the date our lease ends, they want us to pay an entire additional months rent beyond our lease. Brenda has been kind to us throughout our experience with Cypress Rivers but reassured us that we would not have to pay this amount. Now, we are being told we will have to pay almost $1500 beyond what we have already given this money-hungry complex. This is unacceptable and has really left a bitter taste in our mouths. We will not recommend anyone to live at Cypress Rivers unless there’s some serious conversations about logically handling this issue.

You can tell she's had years of experience and knows the property. She answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend.

She did such a thorough job of going over all the amenities as well as all the surrounding things to do nearby that make this a very convenient place to call home. We still have a couple apartments to tour but Cypress is high on our list!
