  I’ve had a great experience living at Residence at Marina Bay overall. The apartment itself is very nice, the property is well maintained, and the staff has been excellent. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue or question, the team has been quick to respond and fix the problem, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly. The one ongoing issue that has been extremely frustrating is that the residents in the apartment below me frequently smoke weed and cigarettes inside their unit. The smell constantly comes up into my apartment, and my unit often smells like cigarette and weed smoke. I truly can’t stand it, and it makes it difficult to enjoy being in my own home. I have brought this issue up multiple times, but unfortunately there hasn’t been any resolution. From my understanding, smoking inside the apartments is not allowed, so it’s disappointing that it continues to happen without being addressed. Aside from this issue, I do enjoy living here and appreciate how responsive and professional the staff has been. I just hope the smoking policy can be enforced so residents can enjoy a clean and comfortable living environment.

  Do not move here, this place is not what it used to be. New management has taken over and the respect and integrity of this place has tanked. Constant problems with payments with office stating you have paid certain amounts and double charging you and when you try to fight it with bank statements, you get threatened with eviction. Been here for over 3 years with not 1 single issue until a new management company and the staff that came with it started. You will be throwing away your hard earned money to a company that could care less and rather evict you then follow up and admit to making mistakes. The absolute only reason I rated with 1 star is because the maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful and very kind and a great group

  I’ve lived here for 6 months and I couldn’t be more happy. It started when I first moved in. I drove here from NY and had another apartment (heights at lake murray) picked out, but when I got there the unit was a mess and the staff there didn’t do anything about it. So I called Marina Bay on a Sunday, during their off hours, and Kiersten (hope I’m spelling that right) came in and got me all set up. The unit was spotless, freshly painted, and move in ready. The leasing girls are excellent, the maintenance staff is outstanding, the views of the lake are amazing. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody! It feels like a resort.
