- KKKristena KaySep 17, 20255.0I met Ruby when this community first opened a little close to two years ago. I stopped back in because I had clients interested in the community. The thing that my clients loved the most was the accessibility to Ballantyne with South Carolina taxes. The homestead tax program was most appealing as they were downsizing. Ruby was so diligent in discussing the amenities and floorplans. My clients would be able to take advantage of my design credits which I was super excited for. Beautiful community, fantastic people living here. I did upload videos of each model as I knew someone would need them if they went to the community during after hours. Thanks so much to these sales team for their corporation as they are broker friendly if you hire your own real estate agent. Sorry for the photo overload.
