I joined the board because I was not happy with the ASI person working on our account. About a year ago, Emily Durrant took over our association. Wow! Emily has been a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, caring and follows through with the board members and property owners. I have come to rely upon her to make sure that our owners are heard and things are resolved as quickly as possible, get the information needed by the board to make decisions about our financial and physical plant needs and just help us do things more efficiently.
