This is actually a really nice and affordable apartment complex, especially for the area that you’re in. It’s an easy drive to the beach. It’s located around lots of commodities in the area and overall for its price, it’s really not bad whatsoever. The management who works there is actually very friendly and really chill. They do rent to younger couples as long as you guys are clean quiet And don’t cause any issues. Overall this is actually a really nice place to rent.
- SOSharone OrrOct 28, 20253.0November will be a year of us living here. So far, it has not been terrible. The staff is excellent. They are very willing to answer questions and assist you if possible. However, I still feel unsafe at night due to the poor lighting in the smaller section. It takes a while to get things fixed when they are broken. I also do not like that vehicles are being towed for expired license plates when people with no resident tags are occupying residency spaces. Rent is not exactly inexpensive, and sometimes people have to choose which bill to pay so they can pay their rent. So, causing more struggle for residents by towing a car with a resident parking decal that is insured and not broken is insane. If they drive an unregistered vehicle, it is the police's job to charge them with a violation. Apparently, this is in our lease agreement, so there's nothing we can do about it. However, ownership should be less heartless and removed from the agreement. When people move in because of the rental deals, I find that some stay a month, maybe even a few months, and abruptly leave—leaving all their garbage and unwanted belongings in front of the trash compactor. The people who stay adjust to the conditions because they have nowhere else to go right now. When people move in, they expect luxury apartments, but how is this possible without treating people like they are luxurious? The times are difficult, and some people need a break. Why hurt already hurting people? I also understand that if I do not like where I live, I can move, and I am working on that right now.
