  I’ve had my place at L’Attitude34 Vines Creek Since last October and it has been a great place to live. It is so convenient to so many things and they have been so responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend living here.

  Amanda was a tremendous help! I’ve been living here since March and have had a few issues, Amanda has solved every problem Any time I’ve asked. If you are looking to move into the Community ask for Amanda!!

  UPDATE: The current property manager literally reached out to threaten us to remove our reviews! This place is a joke. Try being just a little bit professional. First off, I don’t know if Meritage (builder) just decided to half a** once this property was determined to be a build to rent community or if they’re just an awful builder in general. They didn’t tape the corners of the drywall so there’s massive cracks where the walls meet the ceilings. Whoever did the final walk through must’ve been blind, there was a ton of mud in the grout of the tile in our bathrooms. Now for Pegasus (property management company).. The fridge which was supposed to be brand new started making horrendous noises and was never fixed. We were never given a washer and dryer which was promised and had to purchase one ourselves. We were promised a fenced in back yard upon move in which was back in October. Still no fence. They force you to pay for internet through your lease which is provided by Spectrum, the first 3 months living here our internet went out each month due to non payment… one time it took an entire week for them to pay the bill so it would come back on. I could go on and on. A place that has a ton of promise, but it just falls short in so many ways unfortunately.
