  I am applying for a home at Lattitude34 Dillard Creek, and had to leave a review complimenting the management experience here. Daniel Lobe, the leasing manager, has went above and beyond to communicate with me and make the application process a great experience! It is a huge green flag, and I feel like I am in good hands moving into the community!

  Worst place ever to live. Please don’t move here. They never answer the phone they don’t do maintenance requests because every thing is under warranty so they don’t have to work. We were told we couldn’t bring our dryer so we sold it theirs is horrible there’s lint in my wall and they will not come and fix it. I had to call the fire Marshall because they never work here. The office manager was on lunch at 4:37 pm I have never ever lived in a place this bad. There’s bugs and you will be ignored except if you are calling to rent. I had to call several times pretending to want to rent just to talk to the office. Do not move here it’s horrible
