Whenever an issue arises, she responds quickly to ensure everyone is comfortable and satisfied. She is truly a gem!   So many times one see so many apartments, it is difficult to make a sound decision. Choosing the Residence was solely due to staff member, Constance Thomas. Her approach to residing in a nice place to call home was assuring. As she toured me around the facility, I was convinced that this was going to be my home. She was very knowledgeable as to what the facility had to offer which met my needs. It was a blessing that I was able to meet Ms. Constance to be my personal guide.

As a new resident, I experienced unexpected difficulties with my unit. Before I could become overly stressed, Constance reached out to me ASAP and immediately focused on finding a viable solution. Her response was not only rapid but also highly proactive; she did not drag her feet and demonstrated a serious, admirable commitment to her professional duties. What impressed me most about Constance is the genuine care she exhibits for the people here at The Residence @ Century Park. Her commitment to her job and to resident satisfaction is clearly evident in every interaction. It is rare to see someone take such personal ownership of a problem, and her dedication ensured the matter was resolved swiftly and completely, minimizing disruption to my settling-in process.   I have lived at Residences at Centrury Park for over 4 years. The staff here has always responded quickly and efficiently to any of the issues that have happened during this time (examples: Microwave stopped working, hot water heater fuse burnt out, etc.). With every issue, the office responded very fast, and solved any my problem. Luis is one of the maintenance crew that has always helped out with repair problems, he does an exceptional job and works efficiently, and with a positive attitude. I also appreciate Constance, in the administrative office. She is always pleasant and happy to help. Overall, I would recommend living here in our nice apartment complex. The grounds are lovely and the staff has done a superb job in maintaining the complex.

  This is the first apartment I've lived in in the Greenville area (I previously lived in a house with a friend). Overall I've been really happy living here - Constance at the front is truly a pleasure to work with. She's always helpful, kind and has a wonderful attitude. Any issue or maintenance request I've ever had has been handled professionally and timely. Constance really takes the time to get to know the residents and cares about people. I think it's important to know what matters most to you when choosing an apartment. I specifically wanted a complex that didn't feel "in the hustle" of traffic, commerce, etc. I like that Residences is right next to Century Park. and <5 min from downtown Greer. Obviously which building you're in will determine how much traffic you're exposed to, but I'm in the back and it's lovely. There is a train but I find it's become white noise to me and I actually kind of like it. The people in my building are all nice and seem to take care of their units. As others have mentioned, there is sometimes a problem with people not picking up after their dogs, but I think that the office is doing the best they can short of literally having a police state and cameras everywhere. There are plenty of doggies stations. Sometimes they get a bit full, but anytime I've mentioned this they get addresses right away and it's been getting better. My experience is that this is a universal issue in these places. There are always a handful of people who just don't think they need to pick up and it's really hard to catch them out and stop it short of evicting them. THAT SAID...I was really worried about fleas/ticks after getting a little dog back in February. To my utter surprise she has had NOT ONE flea or tick. So whatever they're doing here pestwise works! They are also great about pest control, and providing additional services at the first sign of any issue. I've had like 1 roach in over a year and when I reported they sent someone that week to check things out and use pet safe spray to prevent any more. Residences also had one of the biggest square footage apartments for the money when I was looking, which was important to me. I'm on the third floor. For me, the quality is very nice. Not "luxury" but definitely nicer than most places! And it's BIG! 940 sq feet for my 1 bedroom apt. Friends and family all comment in shock at how big and how nice my place is. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Overall I've found them to be pretty accommodating. Some people's reviews commented on the parking. This has not been a problem in my building. But I acknowledge that there may be some buildings where there are families living there who like to invite a lot of friends over. Also during the height of poop season people were inviting more guests than they should...again I feel like the office has been taking action to resolve this without making it a police state. They are vigilant about towing on nights and weekends any car parked without a permit in a resident spot. If I could do it again, I would still choose to live here.
