The staff is always super friendly and attentive, and made the move-in and move-out processes really easy. Definitely recommend this complex. (: Shout out to Tucker and the manager, Madison!

They are very transparent about all cost associated with renting and promotions. I was able to tour, sign the lease and move-in with in three days (during an ice storm). The unit is clean, updated and all the appliances are brand new. The club house and gym are very nice and clean as well. The complex is quiet and well kept. Walking distance to Harris Teeter, few restaurant, liquor store and Spinx.

Raccoon feces in the attic that was never cleaned or addressed properly. Management was rarely at the office and don’t bother calling. They don’t answer the phone. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy
