Raccoon feces in the attic that was never cleaned or addressed properly. Management was rarely at the office and don’t bother calling. They don’t answer the phone. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy

My fiancée and I are loving it here. The office staff are so kind and helpful, maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable… I’m happy we chose to make our home here. We plan on being here for years to come.

Paint looks bad in many places and looks like it was used to cover up things that should have been completely replaced. Kitchen countertops were not finished until a few days after I moved in. My cat and I had to stay out of the apartment for the whole day after they were finished because of the fumes. I have seen many bugs since moving in. I’ve woken up to dead roaches in the middle of the living room and I had a live roach fall out of the vent in the ceiling in the living while I had family visiting. Also came across dead spiders and found a centipede in my shower. There’s also an extremely bright LED light right outside my bedroom window that stays on all night long. I bought blackout curtains and the light still comes through and lights up my bedroom at night. Also, the screens on the windows don’t fit properly, so there’s gaps where bugs can get in, so I can’t even leave my windows open for long. I have not had a great experience since moving in and I hope to terminate my lease soon.
