  I went here for a self guided tour and it tried to have me tour the main office. I was confused so I left. That was my red flag from the jump. Once I received a call from Leah to come back, I talked to her in person who assured me that I have nothing to worry about with my application. She was very sweet with all of my questions. They let me know that doing Uber is just fine and that it could be linked through Verifast easily. They have multiple people who do Uber and Lyft there. Once I did the application, I did the pet screening, paid my rental insurance and all. Turns out, Verifast was having issues with multiple people and my card or accounts couldn't connect. I spent days doing what they asked, I didn't even work multiple hours or days trying to figure it all out. I sent my bank statements which everyone clearly said I qualified. Somehow everything kept saying modified, and they still couldn't get it approved. They saw me download my statements, I linked my card multiple times. They asked me again to send my statements and it was a week later of not hearing anything. I reached out to them, and told me I was denied because they couldn't verify my income and I need a cosigner. I wasted nothing but a month worth of time with these people, while going through a divorce and trying to get a place for me and my children only for them to have issues and tell me I'm denied. That's their way of not trying to fix the problem and get out of it. I am in one legal case and I will be opening a new one with them because this is unacceptable. A waste of time (a month), money, effort, and I pray no one else has to be bothered with such unprofessionalism. The best they could have done was let me do it over so Verifast could work since they don't usually have these issues. I will be doing the most going forward.

  I had to break the lease due to many misinformation you gave me (not zoned for Riverside schools). I gave you my forwarding address, so you can send me my final bill. Of course, you never sent me my final bill but rather sent me to the collection agency. Shady!!

  The location is GREAT but there have definitely been issues upon move-in. Nick was great with addressing as many of my issues as he could before being reassigned to another project. As a project manager in the trade there is a huge gap with management not having a punch list for each home to make sure EVERYTHING is in place, working properly and clean before a tenant moves in. I've never been able to call the office number and get a live person and the vmail box is always full. My home had a darn gas leak that could have been fatal but thank God it wasn't and was addressed pretty quickly. There's a trip hazard in my garage that was attempted to be resolved but they bought the wrong part and the maintenance man agreed and told me it might be better if I buy the part to fix it because it may not be something their vendor provides...I was given my keys and mailbox number but the mailbox assignment wasn't provided so I ended up trying my key on every mailbox until it opened one. The unit was dirty with wall scuffs and scuffs on some of the doors that should have been touched up. Another fire hazard I found was the dryer ventilation hose was smashed up behind the dryer which in time could get clogged up and cause a fire. Most folks don't know to check for things like that. Good thing I did and Nick fixed it right away. We're supposed to have this fancy security system which has yet to work and I because of it I have no doorbell. I also can't see who's at my door because they can't get the app working right for the video camera, the door doesn't have a peephole and I've no windows facing my entry way so yet another safety hazard because I can't see who is at my front door. I think the owner is to blame but I expect more from the property management company since this is their full-time job and would've expected a smoother move in. Everyone has been very nice but I think there's an opportunity for many improvements as a whole. I really like the neighborhood and the residents are diverse and friendly...hoping they get it together and these are just bumps in the road. I get it that sometimes we get off to a rough start but lessons should be learned along the way and subsequently implemented to improve the customer experience.
