  NOT FIXING WASHING MACHINE WITH MOLD IN IT. They told me that the rubber doesn’t touch my clothes anyways but the water will get contaminated by that rubber having mold in it. We have been waking up feeling sick because of the mold. They came and “fixed the washing machine” by just cleaning the molding however you can tell the mold has spread either into the circuits or into the drain because of the horrific smell. The apartment was disgusting when we moved in. The paint job is horrible and they didn’t clean before they painted so they just painted a bunch of hair into the wall.. the floors were covered in filth and shoe prints. The cabinets in the kitchen have a paper that was poorly put on so it’s now coming up. At least the location is good. Once we moved our stuff in I noticed there was glass stuck in the dishwasher.

  I toured South Ridge Apartments and honestly… wow. If apartments were contestants on a reality show, this place would win Best Personality AND Best Looks. The staff? Absolute rockstars—friendly, professional, and somehow made me feel like I was already home (even though I’m not renting there due to other circumstances). The property itself? Clean, modern, and so well-kept it made me question my own life choices. If you’re apartment hunting in Greenville, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You’ll leave impressed—and maybe a little jealous of whoever gets to live there.
