  As a first-time homebuyer, I felt completely overwhelmed by the entire process at the beginning. There were so many unknowns, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment we walked into Omar’s office, however, everything started to feel much more manageable. He immediately made us feel welcome with his warm attitude and genuine smile, setting the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience. Throughout our homebuying journey, Omar consistently went above and beyond. He was always available to answer questions, no matter how small, and took the time to explain each step clearly so we felt confident in our decisions. His communication was outstanding, he regularly checked in with us, ensuring everything was progressing smoothly and that no details were overlooked. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, the entire process moved forward efficiently and without unnecessary delays. Omar is truly an asset to Ryan homes and deserves a huge bonus or a million dollar raise. Even after we purchased our home, the level of support did not stop. I truly appreciate how committed he remained to making sure everything was completed properly and to our satisfaction. That level of care made a lasting impression on us. I would also like to recognize the warranty team for their exceptional service. Ellis has been incredibly responsive and efficient. Whenever I submit a ticket, he follows up quickly often by the very next day to get the process started and ensure that any concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly. It’s reassuring to know that the same level of professionalism continues even after closing. Overall, I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the experience. From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive homebuying experience.

  I had a dream team with Omar, Tyler, Sam, and my project manager Nathan. They made the process unbelievably easy. Whenever I needed them they were there to answer all my questions and walk me through the process. You couldn't ask for a better team. Truly thankful!😁
