  I have been a tenant for almost two months and truly enjoy living here. The location is prime and the homes are beautiful. When I have any issues arise they respond almost immediately. Jackie has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process and has gone above and beyond to get things resolved and she has excellent communication skills as well. I definitely recommend to people moving to the area!

  The service before signing the lease is very different from the experience after moving in. I’ve had issues like lights turning on in the middle of the night that can’t be turned off, and some neighbors have had to use other units’ laundry for weeks. The staff are polite, but many problems are not resolved in a timely way. There often seems to be no real urgency. I strongly advise anyone considering a new project to do thorough research and speak with current tenants—once you sign a lease, it is very hard to leave, and living here for a year can be a headache. Many 5-star reviews are not fully trustworthy, as tenants are sometimes texted and offered bonuses to write them.

  I’ve lived in several new construction rental communities, and I understand that they all have their initial challenges as things get completed and fine-tuned. Warranty-related repairs take time, and that’s to be expected. Overall, my experience at Maybrook Terraces has been positive; management is professional, courteous, and responsive, and they do their best to communicate and address concerns as they arise. I appreciate the effort and patience involved in getting a new community fully up and running.

  This place is amazing, 5/5 stars! The brand new townhome complexes feel immaculate and like a top tier community. The location is perfect as well, on the west side of town. Close to the Park and downtown, with easy access to the interstate. Jackie (the property manager) has been hands down the best part about this experience. She has communicated clearly and gracefully, answering all my questions almost immediately. She has went above and beyond, and I know that some of the other tenants share this experience. I am excited about this townhome community and living in Greenville. I looked at different apartments and townhomes for 4-5 months in anticipation of my move to Greenville, and after seeing Maybrook, I was sold instantly. My dogs and I are excited to get settled!
